DEPOSIT: A $200 non-refundable deposit is required for each appointment up to 4 hours an appointment longer than 4 hours will require a larger deposit. This deposit goes towards the final price of EACH session and is due within 24 hours of confirming your appointment date/s. The remaining balance will be due at the end of each session.
PRICING: My current hourly rate is $200 per hour.
AVAILABILITY: While my books are open I’ll be taking submissions for ideas and once 3 months have been filled my books will close. If the tattoo requires more appointments than originally scheduled, you can book more appointments without the submission process. If you have completed a tattoo and wish to start a new one, it will require another submission. Working with larger-scale tattoos that require multiple appointments does limit the availability to accept new clientele. However, we often review submissions to book new projects whenever space becomes available.
New projects will require some type of consultation so that I can be better prepared for the appointment
TERMS & CONDITIONS
APPOINTMENT: Some tattoos may have elements that are drawn directly on the skin. In some instances, the whole piece will be drawn on. Please make sure to eat and be well rested before your appointment, this will aid in having the most comfortable experience possible.
RESCHEDULING: At least a 72-hour notice is required if you need to reschedule. Your deposit for that appointment may be forfeited if we are not informed before this time. We may allow one courtesy reschedule per appointment if given an appropriate amount of notice. If you have to reschedule an appointment more than once, you will forfeit your deposit. If for whatever reason I have to cancel due to an illness or unforeseen circumstances I will do whatever I can to make up that time for you and I ask that you be understanding as it is not common for this to happen.
CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS: If you wish to cancel your appointments or do not show up to your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited along with any future appointments scheduled.
ART: All designs produced by Dave remain his intellectual property and may be re-used for any purpose at his discretion.
PHOTOGRAPHS: You will likely be asked to have video or photos taken of you during your session. By agreeing you grant the unrestricted right to the images taken for promotional or editorial purposes. Any restrictions or questions must be stated clearly and immediately.
CONSENT: By proceeding with an appointment request, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 and agree to all of the terms above.
